Some reservations may be fulfilled by affiliate transportation providers. When this occurs:

Reservations canceled outside the applicable cancellation window may be subject to charges up to the full trip amount.

3. Sprinters, Buses & Special Events

Executive Sprinters, minibuses, coach buses, hourly charters, weddings, concerts, sporting events, and other high-demand or specialty reservations may require 48 to 72 hours’ notice or more for cancellation.

Certain special event or custom reservations may be non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Affiliate Reservations

If a reservation is fulfilled by an affiliate transportation provider, the affiliate’s cancellation and refund terms may apply in whole or in part.

5. No-Shows & Late Changes

No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or material trip changes after dispatch may result in full or partial charges.
