FAQ's

The easiest way to reserve a ride is to complete the reservation for on the State 48 Limo website but you are also always welcome to contact us directly to set up reservations as well.

We accept all major credit cards. Payment method will be collected at the time the reservation is created in order to confirm the reservation and will be charged 24-48 hours prior to the ride. All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card in advance. If you prefer to pay by cash, you may but a credit card is still required to confirm your reservation.

Corporate accounts can set up direct billing or paid with corporate credit cards. For Corporate Accounts that are set up on direct billing, we will invoice the rides per predetermined arrangements. All travelers will be provided a receipt within 24 hours of the completion of the trip.How can I confirm My Ride?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive it with a confirmation number via email. You will also receive a 24-hour pickup reminder. You will then receive a SMS text 2 Hours prior to you reservation time as well as texts with the driver name and contact info and vehicle information when they are in route. You can also create an account within out reservation system to allow you to manage and view your reservations as well.

Drivers monitor all flights for delays. If you are experiencing a minor delay, there is no need to contact us. Please contact us as soon as possible though if you are notified of a delay greater than 2 hours, your flight is being cancelled, or you are being rebooked to another flight so we can make the best arrangements so that we have a driver there for you when you do need one.

Clients can cancel or change a State 48 Limo reservation at any time up to (12) hours for Sedans & SUV’s (point-to-point & to/from airport, (48) hours for Charters, Sprinters, Sporting Events, Concerts and Special Everts before the scheduled pickup time for a full fare refund by calling (480) 489-8975. This does not apply to certain special events packages and events where the cancellation policy for that event is outlined in the individual packages.

Yes, Excessive luggage or overweight and oversized luggage will be charged at $10 per bag. Please be sure to disclose all luggage at the time of reservation. Contact State 48 Limo for details.

Airport will include 45 minutes of wait time from the time your flight is gates. Residences and hotels will include 15 minutes of wait time. Additional time will be charged at the rate indicated in our service agreement at the time of your reservation.

We abide by Arizona State Law for the requirements of Child Restraint Seats. The most up-to-date information can be found at: https://www.azleg.gov/ars/28/00907.htm. State 48 Limo can provide child restraint seat(s) with advance notice,

There is no consumption of tobacco products, vaping products or any illegal substances permitted in any State 48 Limo vehicle.

Our drivers will check the vehicle after we drop you off to make sure none of your belongings are left behind; however, State 48 Limo and their affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. If you think you have left any items in our vehicle(s), please call anytime, and we will check immediately.
