State 48 Limo understands that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refund eligibility may apply to reservations booked through our company. By booking transportation with State 48 Limo, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms below.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service type, vehicle category, trip timing, and whether the reservation is fulfilled directly by State 48 Limo or by an affiliate transportation provider.
Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation window applicable to the specific reservation.
Standard sedan and SUV reservations may require at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup time to qualify for cancellation without charge or for any applicable refund.
Cancellations made within less than 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to partial or full charges.
Reservations involving Executive Sprinters, minibuses, coach buses, hourly charters, weddings, proms, and other specialty services require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service time to qualify for cancellation or any applicable refund.
Cancellations made within less than 72 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to partial or full charges.
Reservations related to the Waste Management Phoenix Open, NASCAR, concerts at State Farm Stadium, and other large-scale events are non-refundable once confirmed.
This applies due to limited availability, advance scheduling commitments, traffic planning, event demand, and reserved fleet allocation connected with these services.
If a trip is assigned to an affiliate transportation provider, the affiliate’s cancellation and refund policy may apply in whole or in part.
State 48 Limo will make reasonable efforts to communicate any known affiliate-specific cancellation terms, but affiliate terms may control the final refund outcome for those reservations.
A reservation may be considered a no-show if the passenger does not arrive at the designated pickup location within the applicable wait time window and cannot be reached, or if the reservation is abandoned without proper notice.
No-shows are typically non-refundable and may be charged in full.
Changes made shortly before the scheduled trip, including changes to pickup time, addresses, passenger count, luggage volume, or vehicle needs, may affect pricing, vehicle availability, and refund eligibility.
Material trip changes after dispatch may be treated similarly to a late cancellation, depending on the circumstances.
For airport pickups, State 48 Limo may monitor flights; however, customers are still responsible for notifying us of major itinerary changes, cancellations, or rebookings as soon as possible.
Failure to notify us of a significantly changed or canceled flight may result in wait time charges, cancellation fees, or a no-show charge.
When a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the reservation.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.
